The 21st Century Educational Society, a premier residential integrated campus at Rajahmundry, organized an enlightening session on “Resolution of the Palestinian Question: A Necessity for IMEC” by Ravi Teja GSV, a renowned UPSC mentor and educator.
Mr. Ravi Teja, who has over five years of experience in mentoring UPSC aspirants in History, Sociology, and Current Affairs, delivered an insightful lecture linking one of the most complex geopolitical issues — the Palestinian question — with the strategic vision of the India–Middle East–Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC).
In his address, he emphasized that the IMEC, envisioned as a vital trade and connectivity route linking India with Europe via the Middle East, cannot achieve its full potential without lasting peace and stability in the region. The unresolved Palestinian issue, he pointed out, remains central to regional instability, affecting cooperation among key stakeholders such as Israel, Saudi Arabia, and other Arab nations.
The session highlighted how a peaceful resolution based on dialogue, diplomacy, and mutual recognition could open new avenues for economic collaboration, cultural exchange, and regional prosperity — aligning with India’s broader foreign policy goals and global economic interests.
Students actively engaged in the discussion, raising thought-provoking questions about the historical background of the conflict, the role of international organizations like the UN, and India’s diplomatic balancing in West Asia.
Principal and faculty members of the 21st Century Educational Society appreciated Mr. Ravi Teja’s deep analytical perspective and his ability to connect current international affairs with the UPSC preparation framework.
The session concluded with a message encouraging students to look at global issues not merely as exam topics but as vital subjects shaping the world’s future.
